Engineer MD Nazmul Islam
On December 3, 1984, Engineer Md. Nazmul Islam was born into a respectable family in Talukdar Bari, Durgapur village, Daudkandi, Cumilla. He is the eldest among the three sons and one daughter of his parents, Abul Kashem Talukdar and Asma Akter. His childhood was spent in Daudkandi and Kotbari of Cumilla, as well as in Gazaria, Munshiganj. In his personal life, he is happily married to Mrs. Mosammat Raziya Sultana and is blessed with two daughters, Nusaiba Talukdar and Nuraiya Talukdar, and a son, Nubaid Islam.
In 2000, Engineer Md. Nazmul Islam completed his SSC from Chargoali Khandakar Nazir Ahmed High School. In 2001, he enrolled in the HSC program at Gazaria Kalimullah Institute College, Munshiganj. However, during his second year, he transferred to Comilla Government Polytechnic Institute to study Power Technology, which resulted in him not taking the HSC examination. In 2005, he graduated from Comilla Government Polytechnic Institute, and in 2006, he enrolled in the World University of Bangladesh to pursue a BSc in Mechatronics Engineering, successfully completing his degree in 2010. Later, in 2015, he obtained an MBA from the World University of Bangladesh. Additionally, he pursued further education and professional training in various countries: Canada College, Mondial, Quebec, Canada – Completed IELTS and earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Commerce. ACN Corporation Canada – Specialized in Sales Development, Business Analysis, and Intelligence. Karatbars International Limited, Stuttgart, Germany – Completed training in International Marketing. Received multiple E-commerce Business training programs in France, Italy, and Sweden. He is the founder and innovator of the Fabric Lagbe mobile application. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director and CEO of his own established company, NSTAR GROUP.
The author has traveled to 42 countries for business and entrepreneurial training purposes. He has received numerous national and international awards and certificates. Additionally, he is a member of the Bangladesh Merchant Association and the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association.
His first published book is “Ki Cheyechi Ki Pelam” (What I Wanted, What I Achieved), and his second published book is “Sofolotar Jonno Unmadona” (Madness for Success).
Despite being born into an esteemed family, the author has established himself as a successful entrepreneur and businessman from scratch. His book, “Madness for Success,” serves as documentary evidence of his journey.

With a vision to empower grassroots weavers, he is working towards creating 6,000–7,000 small entrepreneurs in every union council across the country within the next 2–3 years, ensuring easier access to markets for marginalized weavers.
In addition, Engr. Md. Nazmul Islam and his organization are affiliated with several national and international bodies, including BTMA, BASIS, e-CAB, and various business, social, government, and voluntary organizations.
He continues to work tirelessly to serve the people of Bangladesh and increase employment opportunities. He humbly seeks the support and prayers of all.
